Please be aware, we are currently experiencing 1-2 week production delays due to the extremely high volume of orders.

STANDARD AND TRACKED DELIVERY

At TSL, we offer free STANDARD shipping (without tracking) to all countries.

If you wish to have your packaged tracked, please select ‘TRACKED SHIPPING’ at the checkout for a cost of 8 GBP. We use DPD for all EU orders and POST NL for any countries outside these countries (including the UK).

We highly recommend using the tracked service for high value orders and orders outside of the EU.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Get in contact with us if you would like to use our express delivery service. Packages will be sent via UPS and arrive in 1-2 working days. Drop us an email to check if your time frame can be achieved prior to ordering.

DISPATCH TIMES

All items at Tight Side Latex are carefully hand made to order, and this takes time! On each product page you can see the production time for the item. The majority of items are made in 4-5 weeks, however more complex items (such as catsuits) take up to 10 weeks.

Of course if you need your item sooner for any reason please drop us a message here and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

RETURNS

Due to the intimate nature of each order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. If for any reason you are unhappy with the outcome of your order, we are happy to work with you to correct this. Each order will come with a tamper seal on the bag.

All items will be delivered in black, unbranded packaging and a frosted zip lock bag which can be reused for storage.
